Matthew Chater MRICS

Matthew Chater is a qualified Chartered surveyor who started his career at Weatherall Green & Smith in 1988. Founded MCCS in 2001 and specializes in acquisitions and disposals on behalf of investment clients. In recent years , he has acquired over £150m of industrial, retail and office properties throughout the UK. He always aims to provide a personalized service using his in-depth market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for all his clients. He leads the energy team and is a fully qualified NDEA.

Jonathan Underwood MRICS

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered surveyor and started his career at Weatherall Green & Smith in 1987. Since qualification he has specialized in the retail and leisure markets in the UK, Europe and the Middle East and is an expert particularly in the F&B sector. He is actively involved in both energy advisory and all business development related issues.
